Here are the Easy Steps to have your apparel item screenprinted: New Customers Only - Complete Our New Customer Profile Form and Send This form provides the initial account information we need to process your order. 1) Select and order the garment that you want to screenprint. Most screenprinting is done on t-shirt and fleece garments (sweatshirts) although many other types of garments can be screenprinted. To make choosing a garment easier for you we have a list of the more common screenprinted items available for you. Just click on Screenprint Garments to see them. Remember not all garments can be screenprinted, if you have any questions, please call us. 2) Select and order the stock design you want from our library of designs or provide your own design (logo or other artwork) for Screenprinting. Remember you will need to know the number of colors to complete your screenprint order. 3) Order the screenprint setup charge needed from below:     Screenprint - New Setup - First Order or Changed Design Select number of colors: Number of Colors: 1 Color (no additional charge) 2 Colors (add $30.00) 3 Colors (add $60.00) 4 Colors (add $90.00) 5 Colors (add $120.00) 6 Colors (add $150.00) $30.00 per color SP-SUP Screenprinting setup charge for new or modified designs. Setup charge is $30.00 per each printed color used in the screenprint.     Screenprint - Reorder Setup - Unchanged Design Select number of colors: Number of colors: 1 Color (no additional charge) 2 Colors (add $15.00) 3 Colors (add $30.00) 4 Colors (add $45.00) 5 Colors (add $60.00) 6 Colors (add $75.00) $15.00 per color SP-RORD Screenprinting setup charge for re-order of unchanged designs. For a re-order to apply to the same design there can be no changes. For changed or new designs purchase new setup. . 4) Order a Press Proof from below if required:   Screenprinting Press Proof SP-PROOF $75.00 per proof Press proof is the first garment off the press. You are done! That's all there is to do.
