Delivery
Expectations: Screen print job time can vary
greatly. While many can be done in 10-15 working days, the
quantity of garments to be printed, the number of colors
required per garment and many other factors effect when a
given job can be delivered. Once your order is in place we
can give you a much more accurate estimate of delivery time.
If you need your job in a rush, please ask. We'll be happy
to let you know what is possible for your order.
Rush
Orders: If you need you garments fast, we'll do our
very best to meet your schedule. Rush orders will require a
rush charge in addition to the normal charges. Our sales
people can help you determine how fast and what that charge
will be.
Minimum
Order: Our minimum order is 12. If you need
less than 12, we will try to accommodate you but be aware
that smaller quantites are usually significantly more
costly. Also, please note that all orders of 12 or less
garments will be completed with press on graphics.
Costs:
Depending upon the number of garments ordered you
may qualify for quantity price breaks on both the garment
and the actual screenprinting itself. Generally the more
items you order, the less you pay for each garment. Screen
printing costs depend upon many factors: the number of ink
colors used on the garment, the number of imprint locations
(front & back), and even the type of garment itself.
Likewise there may be art charges and you will also be
charged a screen setup charge for each color printed. Our
step-by-step order process walks you through all of these
and you can see the actual costs. Click

Screen
Setup Charge: This is a once per job charge to cover
the cost for camera work, film and making the screen for
each color. Since each color requires a screen, the setup
charge varies according to the number of colors used.
Complicated jobs may have additional film charges.
Reorder
Setup Charge: Films are kept on file as well as all
the ionformation about job (colors, garments, quantities) to
provide an exact repeat of your job. Reorder setup charges
are less than initial order setup charges.
Artwork
Required: You can use one of our stock designs and
avoid most if not all of the art charges. We can work from a
rough sketch on a piece of paper but remember, the more we
must do to make your design ready, the higher the art
charges will be. You can eliminate art charges by supplying
camera ready art for your design. We can give you an
estimated on art time required to make your design ready to
go on a shirt. If you don't have a design or logo we can do
one for you. Click

requirements.
Proofs:
For simple or small jobs we can offer a color
proof of your design. Should you desire to see a
press proof (the first garment off the press), we
charge per color for the first hour. After one hour we will
bill at our hourly rate for press time. Note, proofs will
generally delay the production of your job. Press proofs
are recommended for large jobs. Sales can help you schedule
a press proof.
Colors:
Pantone colors (the graphic industry's standard
colors) are generally available at no additional charge.
Exact color matching is available for a per color
fee.
